Our food vendors are always excellent and this year is no different. 2011 Flatrock Festival’s tasty food selections include burgers and bbq from JC’s Bullseye, white beans & corn bread and fried chocolate pies from Dairy King, Nashville Jerk(2010 Hot Chicken Amateur Champion), Vinh-Long Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine, cuban sandwiches and bbq nachos from Happy Eating, fried catfish from Twin Kegs, and, of course, our ever-present taco truck! You’ll also be able to sample funnel cakes, kettle corn, and some cool treats from Dippin Dots, Kona Ice, and Pied Piper Creamery.
